We are in my favorite time of year as the gorgeous yellows and oranges and reds cascade across our familiar landscapes and ease us into the cooler months of the year. I don't know about you but this season makes me nostalgic about all the wonderful treats at Grandmas house that come along with this season.The ginger cookies wafting through the air, tables full of pumpkin pies, cranberries, sage dressing, sweet potatoes bubbling in carmelly heaven and enough turkey to feed any and everyone. Of course you would leave with a bag of cookies or a pie to share with your loved ones at home.
